Tsuzuke Diary Support
If you need help with Tsuzuke Diary, review the information below. If the issue continues, contact CAEN Inc. using the email address at the bottom of this page.
Before contacting us
Close and reopen the App, and confirm that both iOS and Tsuzuke Diary are up to date. When contacting us, include your iPhone model, iOS version, App version, the action that led to the issue, and what appeared on screen. You do not need to include private diary text, photos, or other personal information in your email.
Purchase help
Recovery purchases are processed through the App Store. If a purchase does not finish, check your network connection and App Store sign-in status. Apple's purchase support can also assist with billing, refunds, and purchase history.
Protecting your data
Deleting the App removes diary entries and sealed recovery data stored on the device. Before changing devices or reinstalling, export a JSON backup from Settings and store it safely. Backup files are not encrypted, so take care when choosing where to save or share them.
FAQ
My diary entries are no longer visible.
When the three-day deadline passes, earlier entries move to an encrypted recovery area on the device. On the sealed screen, review the current price and details of your selected plan before recovery. You may also wait without purchasing or permanently abandon the recovery data and start over.
I purchased recovery, but my entries were not restored.
Keep the purchase completion screen open briefly while connected to the internet. If recovery still does not finish, check your App Store purchase history and contact us with your device, iOS, and App versions. Avoid making another purchase for the same recovery.
Can I recover after deleting the App?
No. Deleting the App removes diary and recovery data from the device. Before deletion, recover any entries you need and export a JSON backup.
