PomoMini Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CAEN Inc. handles information in the PomoMini Windows app.
Information stored on your PC
PomoMini saves settings, a task label you enter, the current timer state, the last 31 days of completed focus sessions, and window position in the app's local storage on this PC. It does not record your PC activity or work in other apps.
The app has no feature that sends this data to CAEN Inc. servers. It has no account registration, ads, analytics, tracking, or cloud sync.
Notifications and startup
Completion alerts use local Windows notifications. Your task label is not included in those notifications. You can change notifications and sound in the app's settings.
The option to open the app when you sign in to Windows is off by default. The app uses Windows startup registration only when you enable this option.
Deleting saved data
After closing the app, you can delete state.json and state.backup.json from its local storage to erase saved data. Resetting or uninstalling the app in Windows may also remove data. Make a separate note of settings and records you want to keep before deleting them. Cloud sync and export are not available.
Microsoft Store and support inquiries
Microsoft's terms and privacy policy apply to purchases, distribution, updates, and Windows diagnostics. PomoMini has no separate payment service or in-app purchases.
Email addresses, inquiry details, and diagnostic information you choose to share are used to reply and investigate the issue. Please do not send personal or confidential information such as private task labels or app data files.
