PodWindow Support

For help with PodWindow, please review the guidance below. If the issue remains, contact us using the address shown on this page.

Add Shows

  • Search by show name or keyword, then add a show from the results.
  • Paste an Apple Podcasts show link or a public HTTPS RSS or Atom URL.
  • Import an OPML file exported from another app to add multiple shows at once.

Updates and Notifications

  • Refreshing retrieves new episodes from each saved show's public feed.
  • You can enable notifications only for the shows you choose. iOS notification permission is required the first time.
  • iOS determines when background refresh runs, so a notification is not guaranteed to arrive immediately after an episode is published.

Widgets

  • Touch and hold your Home Screen or Lock Screen, open the widget gallery, and select PodWindow.
  • If a widget looks outdated, open PodWindow and refresh your shows. Also review Low Power Mode and background settings in iOS.

Information to Include in a Bug Report

  • iPhone model and iOS version
  • PodWindow version
  • What happened and steps to reproduce it
  • If the issue affects one show, its name or public URL

Can I move my subscriptions to another device or app?
