No. Photo compression is performed on your device.
Are original photos modified?
No. Compressed images are saved or shared as new images. Original photos are not modified or deleted.

Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos and confirm that the app can add images to your photo library.
Do I need an account?
No. The app can be used without login or account registration.
