Photo Video Padding Support
If you need help importing, editing, or saving a photo or video, review the guidance below. You can email us if the problem continues.
Basic workflow
- Choose photos or videos from the system photo picker or Files app.
- Adjust the aspect ratio, padding, background, position, and size.
- Choose Export, then save to Photos or use the share sheet.
If saving fails
Check add-only Photos permission in Settings and make sure the device has enough free storage before trying again. If you do not grant Photos access, you can still save through Files or another destination from the completion screen's share action.
Some unsupported, damaged, or DRM-protected files may not import or export. Try another source or a compatible format.
Video processing and cancellation
Long or high-resolution videos take more time to export. Progress is shown while the export runs, and you can export again after cancelling. If the app moves to the background, iOS conditions may allow the job to finish or may cause it to stop safely.
Deleting data and settings
Discarding the project removes media currently being edited. Remaining temporary files are also cleared at the next launch. To remove all on-device data, including export preferences and review-prompt history, delete the app. Delete files already saved to Photos or another destination from that destination.

If the issue continues, email info@caen.co.jp with your device model, iOS version, source type, steps taken, and any displayed message. Do not send the photo or video itself unless we specifically ask for it and it is necessary for support.
FAQ
Does the app need access to my entire photo library?
No. You select imports through the system picker, and the app requests add-only access only when saving to Photos.
Are my photos or videos uploaded to a server?
No. Photo and video editing and export take place on your device.
Does the app have subscriptions or advertising?
No. The app is a one-time purchase and does not contain subscriptions or in-app advertising.
