Information to Include in Bug Reports

When reporting an issue, please include as much of the following information as possible.

  • Your iPhone model
  • Your iOS version
  • The app version
  • What happened
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible

Subscriptions

If Pro features are not reflected after purchase, please try Restore Purchases from the purchase screen in the app.

Cancellations, refunds, receipts, and payment method changes are managed through your Apple Account. Please contact Apple Support if needed.

FAQ

Can I use IconSeed for free?

Yes. The free version includes basic features, all styles, name input, shape switching, and saving. Pro unlocks additional color palettes.

Can I restore a purchase?

Yes. Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account used for purchase, then use Restore Purchases in the app.

Where are generated images saved?

When you tap Save, the generated image is saved to the Photos app on your device. Add-only photo library permission is required.

Are entered names or generated images uploaded?

No. IconSeed does not upload entered text or generated images to CAEN servers.

Do I need an account?

No. IconSeed can be used without login or account registration.
