FAQ
Are my videos or images uploaded?
No. Video import, image generation, and ZIP creation all take place on the device.
Why is the exported frame slightly different from the requested time?
Depending on the video's frame structure, the closest available frame may be exported. The actual capture time is shown in the result and file name.
Can FrameTick process DRM-protected video?
No. Protected video cannot be read because of iOS content-protection restrictions.
A large job stopped before completion.
Free up device storage and keep the App in the foreground during long jobs. You can also shorten the range or increase the interval.
