Video Split Support
Thank you for using Video Split. Here are the basic steps and checks for common issues.
How to Use Video Split
- Choose the video you want to split from Photos or Files.
- Set the length of each resulting video in seconds.
- Review the number of videos and the final video's length, then start splitting.
- When processing finishes, the split videos are saved to Photos in order.
Contact
If you still need help, email info@caen.co.jp with your device model, iOS version, approximate video length, and the message shown in the App. You do not need to send the video itself.
FAQ
I can't select a video
Choose a standard video that can be played in Photos. A video stored only in iCloud may take longer to load.
I can't save to Photos
In Settings, allow Video Split to add to Photos and confirm that your device has enough free storage.
A long video is taking a while
Long videos and jobs that create many parts take more time. Keep the App open during processing and make sure enough storage is available.
Are my videos uploaded?
No. Video loading, splitting, and export happen on your device, and your videos are not sent to us or third-party servers.
