ClipSave Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CAEN Inc. handles information in the ClipSave Windows app.
Clipboard and saved files
ClipSave reads clipboard images or text on your device for preview and saving. When you choose to save, it writes images as PNG or text as TXT to your selected folder. It does not automatically save clipboard contents or keep a persistent clipboard history.
Saved files remain after you close the app and are managed by you. If you choose a cloud synchronized folder, that service may sync the files according to its settings.
Settings stored on your device
ClipSave stores the destination folder, file naming rules, always on top setting, and shortcut setting locally.
Data transmission and purchases
ClipSave has no feature that sends clipboard contents to CAEN servers. It has no advertising, analytics, or account registration.
Microsoft handles Microsoft Store purchases and payments. ClipSave does not receive payment card information.
