When reporting a bug, please include the following information when possible.
- Your iPhone model
- Your iOS and BannerFit versions
- The selected platform or custom dimensions
- What happened and the steps to reproduce it
FAQ
Can I replace the photo while editing?
Yes. Choose Replace Photo in the Position panel. Adjustments and background settings stay in place, while position, zoom, and rotation reset for the new photo.
The image is not saved to Photos.
Open iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos and check that BannerFit is allowed to add images. You can also use Share to save the image to Files.
Do safe-area guides guarantee the same result everywhere?
No. The guides account for common device and interface differences, but social platforms can change their layouts. Check the live profile or page after publishing.
How do I keep a transparent background?
Choose Transparent under Background and export as PNG. JPEG does not support transparency and will export transparent areas on white.
Does discarding a draft delete the original photo?
No. Deleting a draft or project does not delete the original photo from the photo library.
Are images uploaded to a server?
No. Photo editing and export are performed on the iPhone and images are not uploaded to CAEN servers.
