Allow camera access to take photos. The 1–200x range combines device zoom with additional digital cropping. It is not 200x optical zoom. High magnification reduces image quality and makes camera shake more visible. Enlarging saved output does not add image detail.

Camera or save problems
Check camera permission, Android camera privacy settings and available storage. Close other camera apps and try again. If the problem continues, email your device model, Android version, app version and the steps that caused it.
Photos and preferences
Photos are saved in Pictures/ZoomCamera. Delete them in the app or your device photo app. Resetting settings does not delete photos. Photos remain after uninstalling, but are not restored to this app gallery after reinstalling. Use your device photo app to view them.
Purchases and contact
Check purchase history and refund options in Google Play. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Contact info@caen.co.jp. Do not send passwords or payment details.
