WalkScale is an iOS app that reads walking distance and step count from Apple Health and displays daily distance, monthly distance, and distance comparison text.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, or discontinue app features, displays, or specifications as needed.

WalkScale is intended to make walking distance and step count easier to view. It is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

Prohibited Acts
When using WalkScale, you must not engage in the following acts.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe third-party rights, privacy, or reputation
- Acts that damage CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Analysis, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond the normal scope of the app
- Any other acts that CAEN Inc. deems inappropriate

CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that walking distance, step count, or comparison text shown by WalkScale will always be complete or accurate. Displayed content depends on Apple Health data and device state.
CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by use or inability to use WalkScale, device environment, or Apple Health integration, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to WalkScale will be subject to the court jurisdiction specified by applicable law.
