Vibration Alarm Support

Before relying on an alarm, try the vibration preview and screen-off test in Settings.

Set an alarm

Choose Add alarm, then set the time, repeating weekdays or date, vibration pattern, snooze interval, and automatic stop time. Save the alarm. While it is active, use the alarm screen or notification to stop or snooze it.

If vibration does not start

In Settings, check vibration support, notification permission, and exact alarm permission. Do Not Disturb and battery settings may restrict vibration. Run the screen-off test with your usual device settings. Alarms do not run while the device is powered off or the app is force-stopped. Reopen the app after a force stop.

If the lock-screen alarm does not open

Allow full-screen notifications and keep the notification channel at high importance. If channel sound or vibration is enabled, the app silences the notification, which also suppresses full-screen presentation. Set channel sound to None and turn off channel vibration. Alarm vibration is controlled separately. If Android limits full-screen presentation, open the app or its notification to stop the alarm.

About sound

The app does not play alarm audio. Vibration can still make audible noise when the device resonates against a surface. The app does not control audio from other apps, Android, keyboards, or screen readers.

Backups and deletion

Use Settings to export alarm settings or import a file. Imported alarms are added in the disabled state. Clearing app storage or uninstalling also deletes alarms and history, so export settings you want to keep first. Exported files must be deleted separately at their saved location.
