Silent Alarm Support
If an alarm or timer does not behave as expected, work through the checks below.
Requirements
The app supports iPhone with iOS 26.1 or later. It does not support iPad, standalone Apple Watch use, Mac, or Android.
Include This Information When Contacting Us
- iPhone model and iOS version
- App version and build number
- Whether the issue involved an alarm, timer, or snooze
- Screen state, Focus mode, and connected Bluetooth accessories
- Any message shown and steps to reproduce the issue
FAQ
I do not feel a vibration
Run the vibration test in the app's Settings. Also check Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Vibration on your iPhone. A soft surface can make vibration harder to notice.
I cannot schedule an alarm
Check the app's alarm permission in iPhone Settings. In the app, also check the Silent-Sound Guard status. If the issue continues, quit and reopen the app.
Can I test the system alarm flow quickly?
Use the 10-second system test in the app's Settings to check the AlarmKit system screen and stop action.
I heard an audible sound
Stop the alarm and contact us with your iPhone model, iOS version, connected accessories, action that triggered it, and app version. Do not use the app for an important reminder until the issue is understood.
How do I delete my data?
Delete alarms from the alarm list and timer history from the timer screen. Deleting the app also removes the app's locally stored data from your device.
