Ultra Slow Audio iOS Last updated: 2026-07-31

Ultra Slow Audio Privacy Policy

Ultra Slow Audio imports, records, plays, slows, and exports audio on your iPhone. CAEN Inc. does not collect audio or usage data from the app.

1. Data handled in the app

Audio you select or record in the app is copied into the app's private storage for playback and processing. The file name, duration, format details, waveform summary, trim range, speed, pitch mode, and processing quality are stored on the device as needed to restore the project.

M4A or WAV exports are stored on the device so you can share them again from Export History. Default speed, pitch mode, processing quality, skip interval, haptics, export format, and related settings are also stored on the device.

2. Transmission and collection

The app does not contact a processing server and does not send audio, recordings, file names, project information, export history, settings, usage data, or device information to CAEN Inc. It has no account system, advertising, analytics, tracking, crash collection, or third-party SDK.

Opening the privacy policy or support page connects to a website in your browser. Apple systems are used for App Store purchases, downloads, and the optional review prompt; Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to Apple's handling of that activity.

3. Microphone and file access

Microphone permission is requested only when you start recording inside the app. Importing an existing file does not request microphone permission.

The app reads only an audio file that you explicitly select in the file picker or open from another app. It does not access your photo library, contacts, location, or HealthKit data.

4. Sharing

Original or exported audio is passed to the iOS share sheet only when you choose a share action. You select the destination and whether to send it. The destination app or service's terms and privacy policy apply after sharing.

5. Retention and deletion

Deleting a project removes its imported audio, project information, and related export history from the device. You can also delete individual exported files from Export History. Temporary processing files are removed after completion, cancellation, or failure, or when the app next launches.

Reset Defaults restores settings for newly imported audio but does not delete existing projects or audio. Uninstalling the app removes data remaining in its private storage. Copies saved to Files or another destination must be deleted from that destination separately.

6. Policy changes

If features or data handling change, we will update this page and its last-updated date. Use the contact details below for privacy questions.
