Tsuzuke Diary Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the iOS app Tsuzuke Diary provided by CAEN Inc. Please review them before using the App.
1. How the App works
The App is a diary that moves previous entries out of the normal list on the day after three days have passed without saving a new entry, counting from the day after the most recent new entry. Review and accept this rule and the recovery conditions before you begin.
2. Purchase and recovery
The App is offered as a one-time paid download. Recovering sealed entries requires a consumable in-app purchase corresponding to the recovery plan you selected when starting, once for each recovery. Confirm the actual charge shown by the App Store before purchasing.
You may wait without purchasing or permanently abandon sealed entries and start over without paying. Consumable purchases cannot be downloaded again from Apple purchase history for repeated use. Apple's policies govern refund eligibility and processing.
3. Managing your data
Diary and recovery data are stored on your iPhone. Data may be unrecoverable after App deletion, device loss or failure, or an operating system or storage failure. Use the App's backup feature to keep any data you need in a location you manage.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Using the App for a purpose that violates law or public policy.
- Interfering with operation of the App or improperly manipulating purchase or recovery processing.
- Infringing the rights of CAEN Inc. or a third party.
5. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue the App in response to law, Apple programs, the operating system, security requirements, or other operational needs. We will announce material changes on this page or within the App.
6. Disclaimer and limitation
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or that local data will be retained permanently. This does not limit liability where a limitation is prohibited by law, including cases involving our intent or gross negligence.
