TopMostToggle Privacy Policy
This policy describes TopMostToggle, provided by CAEN Inc.
Local window operations
Window identifiers, titles, process names and pin states are processed locally. We do not add these values to diagnostics or keep a history of window operations. Shortcut, notification, sound and language settings are stored on your device. Windows manages startup settings. The app registers hotkeys and does not record all keystrokes.
Error diagnostics
Release builds send Sentry exception types, causes and stacks, operation categories, app versions, operating system and runtime information, and module debug identifiers. Sentry also records startup, exit and crash sessions and a random installation identifier maintained by its SDK.
We do not add names, email addresses, window titles, target process names or keystrokes. Private paths, filenames, email addresses and identifying URLs in error text are redacted before sending. The receiving service sees the network connection's IP address. Unsent diagnostics may be cached locally and retried.
Information we do not collect
We do not add screenshots, screen recordings, file attachments, memory dumps, advertising, behavioral tracking, profiling or a feedback form. Primary functions remain available when Sentry is unconfigured, disabled or offline.
Microsoft Store and support
Microsoft Store purchases and updates, and diagnostics managed by Windows or Microsoft SDKs, follow Microsoft's policies and settings. Removal of local settings and diagnostic caches depends on their storage location and Windows behavior.
Contact details, support messages and diagnostics you choose to email are used for support and investigation. The app does not automatically send window contents or screen images. Contact info@caen.co.jp with privacy or deletion requests.
