Tapping Watch Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the watchOS app Tapping Watch provided by CAEN Inc. Please review these terms before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use Tapping Watch.
By using Tapping Watch, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Features
Tapping Watch is a watchOS app for checking tempo through Apple Watch haptic feedback.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, or suspend app features, displays, or specifications as needed.
In-App Purchases
Tapping Watch offers a non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock additional haptic patterns.
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Purchase conditions, payments, refunds, and Family Sharing are governed by Apple's terms and settings.
Purchased entitlements may be restored with the corresponding Apple Account. Please use the restore feature in the app.
Prohibited Acts
You must not engage in the following acts when using Tapping Watch.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of third parties
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Analyzing, modifying, misusing the app, or using it beyond normal use
- Any other act that CAEN Inc. considers inappropriate

CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that Tapping Watch will fit your specific purpose, always operate accurately or continuously, or be free from defects.
CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by use of Tapping Watch, inability to use it, or issues related to your device environment, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to Tapping Watch will be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
