These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app CheatSheet for Tailwind CSS provided by CAEN Inc. Please review these terms before using the app.

These terms apply whenever you use CheatSheet for Tailwind CSS.

App Description
The app is a developer reference app that helps users browse Tailwind CSS v4 class names, matching CSS properties, short descriptions, examples, colors, and practical UI examples on iOS.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, screens, specifications, or included content when necessary.
Purchase and Feature Access
The app is sold as a paid download on the App Store. After downloading it, you can use every included detail, related class, example, color, and favorite feature without an additional charge.
The app has no in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. Price, refunds, redownloads, and Family Sharing follow Apple's terms and App Store settings.
Prohibited Acts
You must not do any of the following when using the app.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of a third party
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or a third party
- Analysis, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond the normal intended scope of the app
- Other acts that CAEN Inc. determines to be inappropriate
Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the app screens, structure, explanatory text, organized reference data, and other content belong to CAEN Inc. or their rightful owners.
Tailwind CSS, Tailwind, and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. This app is not provided, approved, or sponsored by Tailwind Labs.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that the information in the app will meet your specific purpose, operate accurately or continuously, or be free of defects.
Displayed content and available functions may differ depending on Tailwind CSS specification changes, device environment, and OS version.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by the use or inability to use the app.
Changes to These Terms
CAEN Inc. may change these terms when necessary. The updated terms will be posted on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
