TabRefresh for Safari — Privacy Policy
Refresh multiple Safari tabs together within a selected scope.
Information used
TabRefresh for Safari uses tab identifiers provided by Safari to request a reload of the tabs you select. It does not read page URLs, titles, content, form inputs, or cookies.
Information stored on your device
The containing app stores the last viewed guide step on your device. The extension stores your refresh interval, exclude-current-tab preference, and the most recent normal-browsing result counts locally.
Tab identifiers, fixed job queues, and records that prevent duplicate reloads are kept in Safari session storage. They are not reused as reload targets after Safari restarts. Private-browsing preferences and job records remain in session storage and are not saved to normal-browsing persistent storage.
Data transmission
The app does not send data to developer servers or analytics services. It has no advertising, analytics SDKs, or account registration. Reloading a tab causes normal network requests to that website. Websites and Apple handle their own communications and information under their respective policies.
Permissions and diagnostics
The extension requests storage permission only for preferences and job state. It does not request website-content access. Diagnostics contain the app name, app version, iOS version, and extension state where available. They are copied to the clipboard only when you tap the copy button and are not sent automatically.
Deletion and contact
Choosing a new scope can discard the current result and remaining reload targets. Session markers that prevent duplicate reloads may remain until the Safari session ends. Deleting the app removes its stored information.
