Site Photo Report Support
An Android app for annotating site photos and creating photo-based PDF reports.
Getting started
Create a report, add photos, and annotate them with arrows or text as needed. Check the report information and layout before saving, sharing or printing the PDF.
Troubleshooting
If photos cannot be imported or a PDF cannot be saved, check available device storage and the destination. For sharing or printing issues, also check the selected sharing app or print service settings.
Keeping your data
Back up reports manually before clearing app data or reinstalling. Review report content and any information visible in photos before sending files to someone else.
App-private data is excluded from Android automatic backup. Keep any reports you need by exporting PDFs or creating ZIP backups manually.

Contact info@caen.co.jp with the app name, Android version, what happened and steps to reproduce it. If you send photos or files, include only what is needed and check that they contain no unnecessary personal or confidential information.
