CAEN Inc. does not collect app usage data or on-device records on its servers. The app has no account registration, advertising, analytics, tracking or in-app purchases.
Information stored on your device
The app stores selected photos with their original EXIF metadata; report titles, locations, company names, creators, notes and logos; photo annotations; and PDF export settings on your device. Photos may include location and other EXIF metadata.
Permissions
Photos are imported through the Android photo or file picker after you select them. The app does not request dangerous permissions of its own.
Deletion and backup
Reports and photos can be deleted in the app. Unused image files are cleaned up on the next app launch. Clearing app data or uninstalling also removes app-private data.
App-private data is excluded from Android automatic backup. Keep any reports you need by exporting PDFs or creating ZIP backups manually.
Saving and sharing you request
PDF saving, sharing and printing, and ZIP backup exports occur when you request them. A selected destination may be a cloud service you have configured. Exported files are not removed when you uninstall the app; delete them separately at their destination.
