App Description
Simple Piano CAEN is an iOS piano app with a horizontally scrollable keyboard, sound playback, and haptic feedback.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, or discontinue app features, displays, or specifications as needed.
Prohibited Acts
When using Simple Piano CAEN, you must not engage in the following acts.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe third-party rights, privacy, or reputation
- Acts that damage CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Analysis, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond the normal scope of the app
- Any other act that CAEN Inc. determines to be inappropriate
Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to Simple Piano CAEN belong to CAEN Inc. or their rightful owners.
Third-party materials such as SoundFont assets included in the app are used under their respective license terms.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that Simple Piano CAEN will fit a specific purpose, operate accurately or continuously, or be free from defects.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, device environment, volume settings, or external audio device connections.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to Simple Piano CAEN shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified by applicable law.
