Include what you were doing, your Android version and the app version. For a calculation question, the material type and unit, dimensions, and product coverage rate or density can help. Do not attach a backup containing project names or personal information unless we ask you to.
Check a calculation
Results are estimates based on the values you enter. Check product coverage, density and application conditions in the product label or manufacturer information. Package templates are generic and do not represent the specifications of a particular product.
Transfer or delete data
To move data to a new device, export a JSON backup from Settings and open it on the new device. Backups are not encrypted. You can delete records in the app. Uninstalling the app deletes information in its private storage.
FAQ
Are material quantity results guaranteed?
No. Results are estimates based on your input. Actual use varies by product, surface and application conditions, so check the manufacturer's information.
Does the app sync project or material information online?
The app has no account or server sync. Information stays on your device unless you choose to export or share a file to another app or destination.
Are backups encrypted?
JSON backups are not encrypted by the app. Check the destination and recipients before sharing one.
