Information to Include in Bug Reports
When reporting a bug, please include the following information when possible.
- Your iPhone model
- Your iOS version
- App version
- What happened
- PDF page count or file size related to the issue
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if available
App Store Purchases
From version 1.0.1, no in-app purchase or restoration step is needed. There is no PDF count limit, Pro upgrade, or additional charge.
Refunds, receipts, and payment method changes are managed by Apple Account settings. Please contact Apple Support when necessary.
FAQ
Can I use the app for free?
From version 1.0.1, the app is purchased once on the App Store. Please check the App Store for the price. Users who previously obtained the free app can also use all features without additional charges after updating to version 1.0.1 or later.
Which features are available?
You can store PDFs without a count limit and use continuous horizontal scrolling, saved reading positions, text search, the auto-hiding toolbar, and horizontal margin trimming. Storage depends on the free space on your device.
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. PDFs added to ScriptScroll are stored locally inside the app and are not uploaded to CAEN servers.
Can I use the app after changing devices?
You can redownload the app from the App Store with the same Apple Account. PDFs are stored on your device, so keep the original PDFs and add them to your new device if needed. Deleting the app may also delete stored PDFs and reading positions.
Do I need to create an account?
No. ScriptScroll can be used without login or account registration.
