Information on your PC
Selected, dropped or pasted images are processed on your PC. Original images are not modified. Images and reading results are not saved automatically, and results are discarded when you exit.
Copy writes the original payload to the Windows clipboard; TXT or JSON export writes to the location you select. App-generated copies disallow Windows clipboard history and roaming. Exported files or text pasted into other apps can remain after exit.
Appearance settings are stored locally. Web links open in your default browser only after you confirm the destination. Visited sites and file providers for cloud images or destinations apply their own policies.
Network use and purchases
The app has no account registration, ads, analytics or automatic transmission to a developer server. Microsoft Store handles purchases, delivery and updates; Microsoft's services apply the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Information provided for support
Your email address, message and any material you choose to provide are used to respond and investigate the issue. Remove personal and confidential information before sending material.
