These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app QRCheck provided by CAEN Inc. Please review these terms before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use QRCheck.
By using QRCheck, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Description
QRCheck scans QR codes and barcodes and lets you review their contents before opening them.
QRCheck also provides QR code generation, scan history, notes, favorites, and CSV export features.
Cautions
QRCheck does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, or legality of scanned URLs or linked destinations.
You are responsible for reviewing displayed contents and deciding whether to open, copy, or share them.
Prohibited Acts
You must not engage in the following acts when using QRCheck.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of third parties
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Analyzing, modifying, misusing the app, or using it beyond normal use
- Any other act that CAEN Inc. considers inappropriate

CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that QRCheck will fit your specific purpose, always operate accurately or continuously, or be free from defects.
CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by use of QRCheck, inability to use it, decisions based on scanned contents, handling by share destinations, or issues related to your device environment, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to QRCheck will be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
