PicFormat Terms of Use
These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the iOS app PicFormat provided by CAEN Inc. Please review them before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever a user uses PicFormat.
By using PicFormat, the user is deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Functionality
PicFormat converts user-selected images to JPEG, PNG, or HEIC and lets users save or share the converted images.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, displays, or specifications when necessary.
Prohibited Actions
Users must not engage in the following actions when using PicFormat.
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of third parties
- Actions that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Analysis, modification, misuse, or use beyond normal operation of the app
- Other actions deemed inappropriate by CAEN Inc.
Image Management
Users are responsible for managing images they select, convert, save, or share using PicFormat.
If a dispute arises with a third party regarding processed images, save destinations, or sharing destinations, the user is responsible for resolving it.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that PicFormat will fit a user's specific purpose, operate accurately or continuously, or be free of defects.
Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by use or inability to use the app, loss of image data, or device environment issues.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with PicFormat, the court with jurisdiction under applicable law will have exclusive jurisdiction.
