No Crop: Photo & Video Fit Support
How to use the app and resolve common problems.
Fit photos and videos without cropping
Choose photos or videos and fit them into frames such as 1:1, 4:5, 3:4 and 9:16. Adjust spacing, alignment, solid or blurred backgrounds, and save up to 20 items in a batch. Transparent photo backgrounds are saved as PNG.
Requirements and output
Requires Android 10 or later. The interface supports Japanese and English. It is a paid, one-time purchase with no ads or additional in-app charges.
Photos are saved as JPEG or PNG and videos as H.264/AAC MP4. You can keep or mute audio and trim the start and end. HDR video is converted to SDR. Resolution settings refer to the long edge of the full frame including its background.
If import or export fails
Check that the source is readable and that device storage is available. For a cloud file, downloading it in its provider app before selecting it may help.
Supported video formats and export sizes depend on the device codecs. Try a lower export resolution if a video cannot be saved. A lower photo resolution can also help with insufficient memory. Originals are not changed.
Saved files and interruptions
Find output in the PhotoVideoFit album in your gallery, or share it from the results screen. Saving an unchanged edit again may reuse an existing output while its history record and file remain available.
Cancel saving from the notification or results screen. Already saved outputs remain after cancellation. The current edit is restored when you reopen the app; Undo/Redo history is not.
