Users are responsible for resolving any disputes related to source images, save destinations, or share destinations.
Prohibited Acts
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of third parties
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Reverse engineering, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond normal operation
- Any other act that CAEN Inc. deems inappropriate

CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that the app fits a particular purpose, always works accurately or continuously, or is free from defects.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, loss of image data, or device environment issues.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes related to the app will be subject to the jurisdiction specified by applicable law.
