Photo Video Padding Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Photo Video Padding iOS app provided by CAEN Inc.
Service
The app is a tool for editing photos and videos selected by the user on the device and exporting them with a chosen aspect ratio, background, position, and size. It does not provide accounts, cloud storage, collaboration, subscriptions, or hosted media processing.
Purchase and license
The app is offered as a one-time paid download on the App Store. Apple's terms govern purchase, redownload, refund, Family Sharing, and other transaction matters. You receive a non-transferable license to use the app for lawful personal or business purposes.
Your media and rights
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for every photo, video, audio track, or other item you edit or share. We do not obtain your media and do not control its content or sharing destination.
Prohibited conduct
- Using the app in violation of law, public policy, or another person's rights.
- Improperly reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the app or interfering with its operation.
- Impersonating another person or using media without the required rights.
Compatibility and output
Supported formats and export results may vary with the device, iOS version, source format, available storage, and destination app. Keep the original media and verify important exported results yourself.
Changes and responsibility
We may change the app to improve quality, comply with law, or support operating-system changes. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, CAEN Inc. is not responsible for indirect loss or for source media and destinations under the user's control. Any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law remains governed by that law.
