This privacy policy applies to Photo Overlay Camera, provided by CAEN Inc.

CAEN Inc. does not collect app usage data or on-device records on its servers. The app has no account registration, advertising, analytics, tracking or in-app purchases.
Information stored on your device
The app stores guide photos you select, captured photos, guide and capture history, and camera and guide settings on your device. Captured JPEG photos are also saved in Pictures/PhotoOverlayCamera.
Camera access
Camera permission is used to take photos. Guide photos are imported through the Android photo or file picker after you select them. Camera footage and photos are not sent to our servers.
Deletion and backup
Clearing app data or uninstalling removes app-private data. Photos saved in the device album remain; delete them separately using your photo management app.
App-private data is excluded from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Backup of album photos follows your device and photo service settings.
Saving and sharing you request
Android photo or file providers and apps used for explicit sharing may use cloud services you have configured. A sharing destination receives the content you choose.
