Days Left Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Days Left iOS app provided by CAEN Inc. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. What the App Does
The App displays days remaining until, or elapsed since, events you register and provides widgets, local reminders, and sharing. Results depend on the date, time, time zone, and settings on your device.
2. Purchase and Use
The App is offered as a one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple's terms and App Store features apply to purchases, billing, refunds, redownloads, Family Sharing, and related matters.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the App for unlawful purposes
- Infringing the rights, privacy, or reputation of CAEN Inc. or a third party
- Interfering with the operation or availability of the App
- Analyzing, modifying, or redistributing the App beyond what applicable law permits
4. Disclaimers and Important Reminders
The App is a planning aid and does not guarantee important deadlines, reservations, exams, payments, or other events. Notifications may not appear because of device settings, Focus modes, power state, or operating-system behavior. Verify important dates by another method as well.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, compatible with every device environment, or fit every particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the App.
5. Changes or Discontinuation
We may change the App or these terms, or discontinue the App, for quality improvements, legal compliance, operating-system changes, or other reasons. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App Store listing.
