Mouse Wheel Auto Scroll Privacy Policy
How CAEN Inc. handles information in Mouse Wheel Auto Scroll.
Local processing and storage
The app checks the target and pointer position, and detects user input to stop scrolling. It does not collect or save page contents, typed text, or browsing history. Target titles may be shown while running but are not saved. Speed, direction, shortcut, and window preferences, plus size-limited diagnostics containing fixed operation names, exception types, and error codes, are stored locally. There are no ads, behavioral analytics or accounts.
Support inquiries
Contact CAEN Inc. at info@caen.co.jp with the app and Windows versions and the steps that reproduce the issue. Remove personal or confidential information and send only necessary details.
Information provided in support emails is used to answer questions and investigate issues. Microsoft terms apply to Microsoft Store purchases, distribution and updates.
Problem diagnostics and Sentry
To fix problems, the app sends error types, causes and stacks, OS and app versions, a random installation identifier, and startup, exit and crash session counts to Sentry. Diagnostic data is processed to exclude personal file or folder names and paths, typed text, clipboard content, audio and device identifiers. The app does not send advertisements, screenshots, interaction recordings or memory dumps. Network IP addresses are processed by the service during transmission. Diagnostics are used to investigate problems; the main feature remains available offline.
