These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS and Android app Mekakushi Shogi provided by CAEN Inc. Please review them before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use Mekakushi Shogi.
By using Mekakushi Shogi, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Features
Mekakushi Shogi lets you play against an on-device CPU using move entry and spoken moves without displaying a shogi board.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, or suspend app features, displays, or specifications as needed.
Price
Mekakushi Shogi is available free of charge through the App Store and Google Play. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising.
Prohibited Acts
You must not engage in the following acts when using Mekakushi Shogi.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of third parties
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Misusing or modifying the app, or using it beyond normal use
- Any other act that CAEN Inc. considers inappropriate

CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that Mekakushi Shogi will fit your specific purpose, always operate accurately or continuously, or be free from defects.
CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by use of the app, inability to use it, the device environment, or loss of stored data, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to Mekakushi Shogi will be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
