FAQ
The camera does not appear.
Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and check that Masterpiece Art Camera has camera access enabled.
Audio is not included in videos.
Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone and check that Masterpiece Art Camera has microphone access enabled.
Photos or videos are not saved.
Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos and check that Masterpiece Art Camera is allowed to add media to your photo library.
Does the app upload captured media?
No. Masterpiece Art Camera processes captured media on your device and does not upload it to CAEN servers.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The app can be used without login or account registration.
