LineParcel Support
A Windows app that splits TXT, CSV and TSV files by rows or size.
Basic use
Choose the source file, encoding, row or size limit, and destination, then split the file. The original file is unchanged.
CSV row counts refer to logical records, including quoted line breaks. Size limits include the BOM and repeated headers. See How splitting works in the app for details.
Behavior and limitations
Choose the encoding explicitly for Windows-31J or UTF-16 without a BOM. If text is garbled or CSV validation fails, keep the original and check its encoding and delimiter.
Close and reopen the app to apply a language change. Preferences and output files or reports use separate locations. Delete outputs and reports from the destination you selected.
