LineParcel Privacy Policy
How CAEN Inc. handles information in LineParcel.
Information processed on your device
Selected TXT, CSV and TSV files are processed on your PC. The app has no feature that uploads source contents to developer servers.
Split conditions, encoding, language, theme and related preferences are stored in a LineParcel folder within Windows app data. Preferences do not contain source contents, source paths or usage history.
Split files and a JSON result report are written to your chosen destination. The report contains the source filename, size, encoding, SHA-256 and output details, but no absolute source path. You control these files. Network or synchronized destinations may transfer files according to Windows and the relevant service's settings.
Communications and purchases
The app has no separate account registration, ads, analytics or automatic uploads to developer servers. Microsoft handles Microsoft Store purchases, delivery and updates under its own privacy statement.
Information provided to support
Email addresses, messages and any materials you choose to send are used to answer inquiries and investigate issues. Source files are not required. Remove personal and confidential information from any examples you share.
