Line Break Remover Privacy Policy
CAEN Inc. ("we") sets out this policy for the handling of information in the iOS app Line Break Remover (the "App").
1. Data we collect
The App does not transmit or collect personal information, entered text, device identifiers, usage data, location data, or advertising identifiers on servers operated by us or third parties. It has no account registration, advertising, analytics, or cloud sync.
2. Data handled on your device
Text that you type or paste is processed entirely on your device. To let you continue working, the App saves the current input as a draft in its private Application Support directory.
The removal method, consecutive line-break threshold, line-joining option, and eligibility state for the system review prompt are saved in UserDefaults on your device. We cannot remotely access this data.
3. Clipboard and sharing
The App reads text from the clipboard only when you choose Paste and writes the result only when you choose Copy Result.
When you choose Share, the iOS share sheet appears. You select both the destination and the content. Information sent to another service is then handled under that service's policies.
4. Third-party SDKs, permissions, and tracking
The App contains no advertising, analytics, third-party sign-in, or other third-party SDKs. It does not request access to protected resources such as your camera, photos, contacts, location, or microphone.
The App does not track you for advertising or any other purpose and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Apple system services are used for App Store distribution, purchasing, and the system review prompt; Apple's policies apply to Apple's handling of information.
5. Deleting data
Confirming Clear in the input screen deletes the current input and its saved draft file. Deleting the App removes its private on-device data, including preferences and review-prompt eligibility state.
6. Children's privacy
Regardless of a user's age, the App does not collect user information on our servers.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when laws, App features, or our operations change. We will provide notice of material changes on this page or through another appropriate method.
