These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app InvertImage provided by CAEN Inc. Please review these terms before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use InvertImage.
By using InvertImage, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Description
InvertImage is an app for inverting the colors of a selected image and saving or sharing the result.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, screens, or specifications when necessary.
Prohibited Acts
You must not do any of the following when using InvertImage.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of a third party
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or a third party
- Analysis, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond the normal intended scope of the app
- Other acts that CAEN Inc. determines to be inappropriate
Management of Images
You are responsible for managing images selected, processed, saved, or shared with InvertImage.
If a dispute arises with a third party regarding an image, save destination, or share destination, you are responsible for resolving that dispute.
Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to InvertImage belong to CAEN Inc. or their rightful owners.
Rights to images you process with InvertImage belong to you or the rightful owner, provided that they do not violate laws or third-party rights.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that InvertImage will meet your specific purpose, operate accurately or continuously, or be free of defects.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by the use or inability to use InvertImage, loss of image data, or issues arising from your device environment.
Changes to These Terms
CAEN Inc. may change these terms when necessary. The updated terms will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with InvertImage, the court with jurisdiction under applicable law will have exclusive jurisdiction.
