Interval Camera — Support

Take photos at set intervals and save each photo on your device.

Take photos

Allow camera access, choose the interval, start delay and number of photos, then start. Front/rear cameras, zoom, focus, exposure and flash depend on your device.

Capture stops or takes longer

Going to the home screen, locking the device or leaving the app stops capture. Background capture is not supported. A photo already being saved finishes before stopping.

Low light, flash, image processing and storage speed may increase the interval. Return to the app and press Start to begin a new sequence.

Photo and camera problems

Photos are saved in Pictures/IntervalCamera. If they are missing from your gallery view, check its folder view. Free up storage and retry if space is insufficient.

If the camera is unavailable, close other camera apps, check camera permission in device settings, and reopen Interval Camera.

Reset and delete data

Clear app storage to reset settings and capture records. Saved gallery photos remain; delete them separately using your gallery app.

Purchases and support

There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Check your purchase history or request refunds through Google Play.

When reporting a problem, include your device model, Android version, app version and steps to reproduce it. Email: info@caen.co.jp
