Your images are processed on your device. If something goes wrong, you can contact us without attaching an image.
Use Image Converter on iPhone or Android
- On iPhone, choose images from Photos or Files. On Android, choose from Photos or Files using the system picker.
- Select an output format and optional quality, size, and metadata settings.
- Tap the conversion button at the bottom of the screen.
- Save results to Photos, a folder, or another share destination. On iPhone, AirDrop is also available.

Contact Support in Settings creates an email draft with platform details: iOS version on iPhone, or Android version and device model on Android. No image is attached automatically.
FAQ
Are images uploaded to a server?
No. Images are imported, converted, and exported on your device. Android may back up app settings through the system backup service when backup is enabled; images and temporary conversion files are excluded.
Is Photos access required?
On iPhone, add-only Photos access is requested only when saving to Photos. On Android, the system photo or file picker provides access to selected images; Android 8 and 9 may request write access when saving to the photo library.
What happens to animated GIF or WebP files?
The first frame is converted as a still image. Animation is not preserved.
Are there additional charges after purchase?
No. The app is a one-time purchase with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
