Icon Pocket Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app Icon Pocket provided by CAEN Inc. Please review them before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use Icon Pocket.
By using Icon Pocket, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Features
Icon Pocket provides on-device icon search, color and background customization, and PNG and SVG export.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, displays, specifications, or included content as needed.
Purchase
Icon Pocket is a paid, one-time-purchase app distributed through the App Store. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising.
Purchase terms, payments, refunds, and Family Sharing are governed by the App Store and Apple's terms and settings.
Included Icons and Licenses
The included icons are based on Lucide Icons and are provided under the ISC License, with the MIT License also applying to certain Feather-derived icons. The complete license text is available in the app's settings.
Before using an exported icon, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable license and any third-party trademark, design, copyright, or other rights related to your intended use.
Prohibited Actions
You must not engage in the following actions when using Icon Pocket.
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that infringe third-party rights, privacy, or reputation
- Actions that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Misusing or modifying the app, or using it beyond normal use
- Any other action CAEN Inc. considers inappropriate
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that Icon Pocket will fit your specific purpose, always operate accurately or continuously, or be free from defects.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by use or inability to use Icon Pocket, the device environment, or loss of in-app data or files that have not yet been saved.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to Icon Pocket will be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
