App Features
GigaSetsu is a browser app for viewing web pages in lightweight display modes or normal display mode.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, display, or specifications when necessary.
Notes About Web Browsing
Destination websites, search services, and external services are responsible for their own content, accuracy, safety, terms, and privacy handling.
Lightweight display modes are intended to reduce data usage, but CAEN Inc. does not guarantee data savings or display results.
Prohibited Acts
When using GigaSetsu, you must not engage in the following acts.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of third parties
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Analysis, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond the normal scope of the app
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by CAEN Inc.
Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to GigaSetsu belong to CAEN Inc. or their rightful owners.
Rights related to website content viewed by users belong to their respective rights holders.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not warrant that GigaSetsu will be suitable for your specific purpose, always accurate or continuously available, or free from defects.
Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use GigaSetsu, browsing data, or device environment issues.
Changes to These Terms
CAEN Inc. may update these terms when necessary. The updated terms will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute related to GigaSetsu will be subject to the court of competent jurisdiction as defined by law.
