This Privacy Policy explains how CAEN Inc. handles user information in the iOS app GigaSetsu.
Basic Policy
GigaSetsu is a browser app for viewing web pages in normal mode, a lighter mode that allows images, or a lighter mode that also blocks images.
CAEN Inc. does not collect, store, sell, or share names, email addresses, phone numbers, location information, advertising identifiers, device identifiers for tracking, or usage analytics data through GigaSetsu.
Web Browsing and Search
URLs and search terms entered by the user are sent to the destination website or search service in order to display web pages or retrieve search results.
Data handling by destination websites and search services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
GigaSetsu's lightweight modes are intended to reduce certain content such as images, video, ads, and decorative elements, but they do not completely prevent all communication or external transmission.
History, Bookmarks, and Display Mode
GigaSetsu stores recently read pages, bookmarks, and the selected display mode on your device.
This information is not uploaded to CAEN servers.
If you delete the app, GigaSetsu data stored on the device is also deleted.
Website Data
When displaying web pages, destination websites may store website data such as cookies, cache, and local storage on your device.
This website data may be used by destination websites for features such as maintaining sessions or login state.
Accounts, Advertising, and Tracking
GigaSetsu does not require account registration or login.
GigaSetsu does not include advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.
Sharing
If you use the iOS share sheet, handling by the destination app or service is governed by that destination's terms and privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
GigaSetsu does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
CAEN Inc. may update this Privacy Policy when app features, legal requirements, or operational needs change. The updated policy will be posted on this page.
