FrameTick Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of FrameTick, provided by CAEN Inc.
1. Use of the App
You must use the App in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed to process any video or image.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the App to violate law or third-party rights
- Interfering with operation of the App
- Unauthorized analysis, modification, or redistribution of the App
3. Data and Backups
Working data is stored temporarily on the device. Export files you need to Photos or Files and manage your own backups.
4. Disclaimer and Changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every video format and device environment. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may change the App or these Terms for quality improvements, operating-system compatibility, or legal compliance.
