Frame Video Player Privacy Policy
Frame Video Player plays selected videos, steps through frames, and saves still images on your device. The app does not send your videos or personal information to a CAEN server.

This policy applies to the Android app Frame Video Player, provided by CAEN Inc. Contact us at info@caen.co.jp.
Information stored on your device
The app stores a display name and reference for recently opened videos, video duration and dimensions, last-opened time and playback position, playback speed and mute settings, A–B repeat settings, bookmarks and their names, and thumbnails for the video list. If a video cannot continue to be read from its file provider, the app may copy it into app-specific storage for playback.
The app has no feature that sends this information or videos to CAEN. It has no ads, usage analytics, account registration, or cloud sync. App-specific data is excluded from Android backup and device-to-device transfer.
Video files and other services
You choose videos through Android's file picker or another app's sharing feature. If you choose a cloud-hosted file, that provider retrieves or stores it under its own policies.
When you save a PNG, it is written to Pictures/FrameVideoPlayer. If you share an image, it is passed to the destination app you choose. The destination app and any photo backup configured on your device handle it under their own policies.
Deletion and uninstalling
Removing a video from history deletes its history entry, bookmarks, thumbnail, and any copy created by the app, and releases its saved read permission. It does not delete the original video. The same applies when clearing all history.
Uninstalling the app removes data in app-specific storage. PNG files saved to Pictures/FrameVideoPlayer remain on the device and can be removed with your photo app.
