FluidInk Terms of Use
These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the iOS app FluidInk provided by CAEN Inc. Please review them before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use FluidInk.
By using FluidInk, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Content
FluidInk uses a WebGL-based fluid simulation to provide abstract visuals inspired by ink and paint.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, or discontinue app features, displays, or specifications when necessary.
Notes on Use
Colors, motion, smoothness, and rendering may vary depending on your device, iOS version, rendering load, and WebGL environment.
FluidInk is a visual app for creative and relaxing use. It does not guarantee professional physical simulation, print color reproduction, or persistent storage of created artwork.
Prohibited Actions
You must not engage in the following actions when using FluidInk.
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of third parties
- Actions that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Analysis, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond normal app operation
- Other actions deemed inappropriate by CAEN Inc.
Intellectual Property
Rights related to FluidInk's UI, structure, text, images, and other content belong to CAEN Inc. or the rightful owners.
iOS, iPhone, App Store, WebGL, and other names belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that FluidInk will suit a particular purpose, operate accurately or continuously, or be free from defects.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages resulting from use, inability to use the app, or device environment issues.
Changes to These Terms
CAEN Inc. may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to FluidInk will be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
