ExpoCatalog Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app ExpoCatalog provided by CAEN Inc. Please review these terms before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use ExpoCatalog.
By using ExpoCatalog, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Content
ExpoCatalog is a developer reference app for browsing Expo SDK APIs, React Native core components, Flexbox and styling references, and Expo Modules on iOS.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, displays, specifications, and included content when necessary.
Subscriptions
ExpoCatalog may offer an auto-renewable subscription to unlock some detail views, code examples, notes, and related entries.
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Price, period, auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds, and Family Sharing follow Apple's terms and App Store settings.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Apple Account settings. You may be able to restore purchased status by using the restore feature in the app.
Prohibited Acts
You must not do any of the following when using ExpoCatalog.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of a third party
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or a third party
- Analysis, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond the normal scope of the app
- Other acts that CAEN Inc. considers inappropriate
Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to screens, structure, explanatory text, organized reference data, and other content in ExpoCatalog belong to CAEN Inc. or their lawful owners.
Expo, React Native, and other names, trademarks, frameworks, and libraries belong to their respective owners.
ExpoCatalog is not provided, endorsed, or sponsored by Expo, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any respective rights holder.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not warrant that ExpoCatalog information is suitable for your particular purpose, always accurate, continuously available, or free from defects.
Displayed content and available features may differ due to changes in Expo SDK, React Native, iOS, or library specifications.
CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use ExpoCatalog, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc.
Changes to These Terms
CAEN Inc. may change these terms when necessary. The updated terms will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with ExpoCatalog, the court with jurisdiction under applicable law will have exclusive jurisdiction.
