EstimateMaker Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set the conditions for using the iOS app EstimateMaker provided by CAEN Inc.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use the app.
By using the app, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Features
The app creates, saves, and shares estimate PDFs on your device.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, screens, or specifications when necessary.
Managing Estimate Data
You are responsible for managing estimate data, PDFs, issuer information, and client information that you enter, generate, save, or share through the app.
Please review estimate contents, amounts, tax amounts, registration numbers, and sharing destinations before using generated PDFs.
Prohibited Acts
You must not do any of the following when using the app.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of a third party
- Using the app to create false or improper documents
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or a third party
- Analysis, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond the normal intended scope of the app
- Other acts that CAEN Inc. determines to be inappropriate

CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that the app will meet your specific purpose, operate accurately or continuously, or be free of defects.
The app does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Please consult a qualified professional when necessary regarding estimate contents or tax treatment.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by the use or inability to use the app, loss of estimate data or PDFs, or issues arising from your device environment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with the app, the court with jurisdiction under applicable law will have exclusive jurisdiction.
